- Are all Chinese bikes the same?
No, There are many copy versions of our bikes on the market which do not stand up to the same quality control tests. Our bikes are different because we hand pick our suppliers and subject the bikes to strict quality controls, our suppliers are the best in the business and they are proud of what they build.
- Are parts for these bikes hard to get?
This is a fact with many online Auction sellers, but not for us, We maitain a heathly relationship with our suppliers & order a large number of spare parts along with our shipments, spare parts are always stocked. An out of stock part can usally be shipped within 7 days of order. We even supply our competitors clients with parts!
- How much warranty do your bikes have?
All our Motor Bikes have a 90 day part warranty, which gaurds against faulty workmanship. Our Other products carry a 30 day warranty.
- Can we ride these bikes on the public roadway?
Absolutely NOT!!, under no circumstances are you lawfully allowed to ride these bikes on any Australian public roads. URBAN X MOTOS does not condone the Road use of these bikes, unless the Bike is specified for Road use.
Conditional Road Registration is Avaliable on some of our products, please contact your local Roads Authority.
- Why is the cost of your bikes so low, compared to your competitors ?
Firstlty we deal directly with the manufactures and we purchase in BULK!
Secondly our business structure is based on high turnover, not high profits like our competitors.
- Do you have any Rider Protective gear in stock?
Yes, as we are a licenced Motorcycle dealer, we have access to a large range of riding gear through Australian Distibutors.
